The Standard of Professionalism
The firm includes a number of members of the most prestigious professional appraisal associations in the nation. The requirements are rigorous, including successfully passing extensive appraisal courses, accumulating at least five years' appraisal experience, producing demonstration appraisal reports and earning a reputation of good moral character.
All reports prepared by Hulberg and Associates, Inc. conform to the rigorous standards of the Appraisal Institute, the requirements of the State of California and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
