Mr. Fronen joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 2004.  His experience consists of appraising a wide variety of property types including office, industrial, retail-commercial, mixed use properties, multi-family, land, and special purpose properties. Mr. Fronen’s ongoing work includes appraisals for arbitration, litigation, estate work, tax appeals, contamination, rent loss, and diminution in value cases. Mr. Fronen has also provided court testimony and is a qualified expert witness.

In previous employment, Mr. Fronen was an associate appraiser from 2001 to 2004 with TMG Realty Advisors, a real estate appraisal firm, and a Market Research/Appraiser Assistant with Akiba Appraisals.

Mr. Fronen has also taken many courses and seminars for real estate appraisal and is active in the Appraisal Institute.
