Mr. Stubblefield joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 2012. He began appraising as a residential trainee appraiser based in Contra Costa, Alameda, and Solano counties from 2006-2008. From 2008-2012 he worked for a long-standing real estate business specializing in foreclosure sales providing valuation and marketing of distressed residential properties throughout the nine bay area counties. As an Appraisal Analyst, Nathaniel strives to obtain complete and accurate information through relevant database research and market participant interviews.
