Ms. Byrne joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 2012.  Ms. Byrne started in real estate as a Real Estate Broker’s Assistant in the East Bay and then moved to customer service and research position for the National Appraisal Review Desk at Primis in Pleasanton, California in the late 1990’s.  Later, Primis became LandAmerica and supported Ms. Byrne in her residential appraisal trainee license apprentice hours.  She was trained by Kathleen Anderson, Michael Baumgardner, and Jeffrey Wickham.  Ms. Byrne worked in residential appraisal was an AL for eight years before returning to school in 2008 to work towards a degree in Business.

She lends her expertise towards valuation experience using specific market value indicators; market data research using relevant sources/databases and interviewing market participants.  She is skilled in research in sales trends/rental rates for various property types including industrial, retail, office, land and mixed-use properties; research in zoning ordinances and general plan designations.  Ms. Byrne earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, option in Finance, CSU East Bay Cum Laude in March 2011.
