Mr. Lam joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 2011.  He offers over 4 years of experience in developing solutions to satisfy clients’ valuation needs.  He has successfully completed assignments in the San Francisco Bay area, greater Sacramento area, and Central Valley on various types of real property, including office, retail, industrial, residential, and mixed-use.  Mobile home parks, cold storage facilities, and service stations are among the list of properties that he has appraised.  His previous employment as a commercial appraiser was with Craig Owyang Real Estate.

Actively pursuing a professional designation from the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Lam has completed all of the required courses; he plans to fulfill other designation requirements by 2014.  Notably, he has also completed 360 hours of courses approved by the California Department of Real Estate, such as Escrow Principles & Practices, Legal Aspect of Real Estate, and Real Estate Finance.

Dedicated to delivering timely and quality results, Mr. Lam has developed excellent solution-development, communication, and project-management skills through former roles as appraiser, researcher, loan originator, mobile signing officer, as well as software analyst/developer.  Notably, he had previously held a California Real Estate Broker license (2006-2010) and a Notary Public commission (2002-2010).
