Mr. Tong joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc., in 2007 as an Appraisal Analyst. He began appraising as an independent residential appraiser based in San Jose from 2005-2007. He also interned as a commercial property manager for the Woodbury Corporation in Salt Lake City, UT.

His appraisal experience is comprised of residential and commercial properties that include retail, office, industrial, and small to large multi-family developments.   He has successfully completed numerous courses, workshops and seminars from the Appraisal Institute.
