Nicholas Cadigan joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 2007.  His appraisal career spans nearly ten years and encompasses both residential and commercial real estate.  While born and raised in Sonoma County, Mr. Cadigan has lived and worked in the North Bay, South Bay, San Francisco and the East Bay in the past ten years.  He has particular expertise in Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Solano, Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties. 

Mr. Cadigan has appraised a wide variety of commercial property types including retail, office, industrial, apartments, self-storage, health clubs, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.  Additionally, he continues to appraise complex residential properties primarily as litigation support or for tax appeal.  

Prior to joining Hulberg & Associates, Mr. Cadigan worked as a residential real estate appraiser and as an intern with the City of Sonoma Planning Department.
