Mr. Shah joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 2004.  He researches and investigates market data, including micro and macro-economic trends, supply and demand characteristics, pricing trends; maintains ongoing familiarity with local and regional land use, including Zoning and General/Specific Plan ordinances, tax exemptions, i.e. Williamson Act, etc.; assesses site characteristics, including relevant physical characteristics, such as site dimensions, topography, and geomorphology. 

Mr. Shah frequently conducts market studies for comparable sales data, including researching databases, interviewing market participants, and analyzing sale and rent prices/trends; and, has expertise with GIS and mapping technologies, spreadsheets, word processing, creating presentations/exhibits for conferences and assisting in litigation-related appraisals.
