Guy has been with Hulberg & Associates, Inc. since 1999, and is involved with research and investigation into market data including trends pertaining to many different property types and demographic/financial trends (i.e., population, unemployment, GDP, inflation and interest rates).  Researches land use matters, including zoning, general plan and water issues.

Guy frequently conducts comparable market data investigations, including searching relevant databases for sales and leases; cultivating and maintaining relationships with brokers to extract sales and leases that are not made public on the aforementioned databases; organizing comparable sale and lease data folders on-site; and tracking and periodic organization of older appraisals stored off-site.
