Mr. Taylor joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in April 2009. He has appraised a wide variety of property types, including subdivisions and developable land, along with residential, office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.  Mr. Taylor began his appraisal career at the Stanislaus County Assessor’s Office in 1987 and has subsequently worked both for lending institutions and as an independent fee appraiser in the Central Valley area. His experience also includes Financial and Investment Consulting at Smith Barney and Charles Schwab.

Mr. Taylor has successfully completed numerous courses, workshops and seminars from the Appraisal Institute.
