Ms. Kuhnhoff originally joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 1993 as a Real Estate Analyst. Her employment history also includes Colliers International, Fremont Investment & Loan, and KeyBank as a Real Estate Financial Analyst. In addition, she was employed at Heritage Bank of Commerce as a Construction Loan Officer and at EastWest Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer. She returned to Hulberg & Associates in 1998 and again in 2008, as an appraiser.

Ms. Kuhnhoff’s appraisal experience consists of a wide variety of commercial property types including office, industrial, retail, vacant land, self storage and other special purpose properties. She has completed numerous Appraisal Institute courses.
