Mr. Sherwood joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 2000. Prior to Hulberg, he worked as a residential appraisal trainee with Feragen Appraisal Company in Santa Maria, California.

Mr. Sherwood’s appraisal experience consists of a wide variety of commercial property types including medical and professional office, industrial, R&D facilities, retail, mixed-use, vacant land, self-storage facilities, gas stations, residential care facilities, athletic clubs, city parks and other special-purpose properties.

Mr. Sherwood’s education includes various real estate courses completed through Cuesta College and Diablo Valley College and he has also completed many of the courses offered by the Appraisal Institute.
