Mr. Marqueling joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 1988. An appraiser since 1979, Mr. Marqueling has served as past president of the local chapters of both the Appraisal Institute and the American Society of Appraisers. Mr. Marqueling has extensive experience as a commercial, industrial, and residential property appraiser and is a qualified expert witness.
