Ryan Lorenzini specializes in the appraisal of commercial real estate throughout the nine county San Francisco Bay Area and the Central Valley. He has particular expertise in Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Alameda Counties. Geographically, his appraisal experience stretches all the way from Lake Tahoe to Visalia.

Some of the property types appraised by Mr. Lorenzini include shopping centers, medical and professional office buildings, industrial buildings (warehouse, manufacturing, R&D, biotech), mini-storage, apartments, hotels/motels, mobile home parks, mixed-use properties, restaurants, gas stations, wineries, health clubs, and vacant land.  Additionally, he has completed condemnation and litigation support assignments. He is qualified as an expert witness and has provided court testimony.

Mr. Lorenzini has successfully completed all required coursework for a professional designation of the Appraisal Institute, including successfully passing the comprehensive examination.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Prior to Hulberg & Associates, Inc., Mr. Lorenzini had a successful six-year career as a software consultant for PeopleSoft (later acquired by Oracle), one of the leading global providers of enterprise software.  He is an active contributor of technology needs to Hulberg and Associates and to the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
