Ms. Lassner joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 1978.  With a concentration on residential properties, Ms. Lassner is among the top experts in the region in valuing open space land and subdivisions. She is the author of the pioneering article, "Valuing Agricultural Conservation Easements," Appraisal Journal, April 1998.

She has held a number of Appraisal Institute chapter offices, including member of the Board of Directors
