Ms. Broszus joined Hulberg & Associates, Inc. in 1988. Her previous background is in market research. She has extensive experience in appraising a wide variety of property types, including retail, office, industrial, and residential properties, as well as special purpose properties such as automobile dealerships, service stations, worship facilities, military bases and airport properties.  Her expertise includes consulting, condemnation, and litigation support.  She is also a qualified expert witness.

Ms. Broszus has taken a number of real estate classes and seminars through the Appraisal Institute and other real estate organizations.  She has been active in committees with the Northern California chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and has previously served as Chairman of the Fall Conference committee.
