Appraiser Positions  

Hulberg & Associates is a premier Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Company with offices in Silicon Valley, East Bay, Central Valley and Monterey.

Hulberg & Associates Inc. is accepting Applications for Commercial Appraisers in their Silicon Valley Office in downtown San Jose - which was recently voted the Number One city to work and in our Central Valley Office.

Candidates should posses at a minimum, the following qualifications.

Senior Appraiser

Minimum of five years (ten years preferred) of full time commercial experienced needed. Strong preference for an appraiser with experience in valuing open space, residential land, wetlands and litigation. Must have a four-year degree, Certified General license and be highly motivated to progress in the profession and appraise unusual properties.

Associate Appraiser

Minimum two years of full time commercial experienced needed. Must have four-year degree, Certified General license and be highly motivated to progress in the profession.

Appraisal Analyst Position

Opportunity for aspiring commercial real estate appraiser

 Hulberg & Associates has an immediate opening for an Appraisal Analyst in their Modesto Office.  The Appraisal Analyst position plays an essential role in the successful completion of appraisals, and also provides an excellent opportunity for experience and advancement within the commercial appraisal industry.

 Appraisal Analysts assist licensed commercial appraisers in several aspects of the appraisal process including: gathering and organizing market data to be used in reports, writing narrative appraisal reports, and preparing exhibits such as site plans and maps for inclusion within reports.  Appraisal Analysts have a unique opportunity to learn on the job and to develop relationships with local real estate professionals as they work toward becoming a certified commercial appraiser.

 Applicants must be detail-oriented, analytical, extremely organized, and have a general knowledge of the Bay Area.  The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.  Strong computer skills, particularly with Word and Excel are a must. A Baccalaureate Degree is required.

 To be considered for this position the candidate must have the desire to work toward becoming a commercial real estate appraiser.  Experience in the real estate appraisal field is desired.
