The Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s 2014 Annual Spring Conference will be held at the Doubletree Hotel, at 1150 Ninth Street, Modesto, California, on Monday, March 10, 2014. The conference is the nation’s longest-running and best-attended one-day real estate appraisal education and networking event.
Norm Hulberg, MAI, will be presenting on various topics related to eminent domain, and John A. Hillas, SRA, will discuss the various nuances involved in analyzing comparable market data. And Richard N. Taylor, will be moderating a session providing an overview of the Central Valley commercial real estate market.
The conference features a series of important real estate, economic, and appraisal-related topics that we think you may find interesting, such as eminent domain, comparable market data selection and analysis, and green residential buildings. There will also be timely updates on the regional residential, agricultural, and commercial real estate markets. This year’s special guest speaker will be M. Lance Coyle, MAI, SRA.
For additional details regarding the session topics and all of the presenters, please refer to the Spring Conference Brochure.
